Yoga is about connecting, breath, body, and spirit. Art is about connecting what is seen and felt by offering it to the world as form. Using simple breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation, and gentle stretches, we will observe what we find inside. As images and colors emerge from the sensations of quiet space, we will bring them to canvas, paper, and clay. This is a simple practice of opening to what is and allowing that to be seen.

Clicker training will be explained and introduced, we will incorporate several fun "training games" - where your dog is playing and learning at the same time. You will have fun with your dog while learning the basics of the sport and developing "ground skills" that your team will need to understand prior to introducing jumps and other agility equipment. (Much like you need to train a horse in basic walk, trot, canter, etc., before beginning jump training). Dogs should be 10+ months old and have a basic understanding of sit, down, stay, and come when called and be comfortable in their crate during demos and exercise explanations. We will do further work on these skills in the foundation class to increase their reliability. There are only six students per class and the classes fill in the order that forms are received in the mail. If you are planning to signup, please contact us for enrollment forms and send them in ASAP as these classes often will fill very quickly. *some dogs may be enrolled at younger age with instructor permission.
